Returns & Exchanges

At Bad Birdie, we want to make sure you're looking and feeling your best on the course. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request to receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
